Women of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Network: 2025 Year in Review
In 2025, the Women of the Coldwell Banker Commercial network continued to prove that community, consistency, and leadership development are not side initiatives — they are business drivers.
What began as a forum for connection has grown into a national platform that recognizes excellence, amplifies women’s voices, and strengthens the CBC network through shared learning and visibility.
A Year of Measurable Growth
This year alone, WCBC expanded its member base by nearly 50%. That growth reflects more than numbers — it signals demand for a space where women across markets can share wins, learn from one another, and lead together.
The WCBC podcast also saw strong engagement, with six episodes generating nearly 700 listens. Each conversation spotlighted real leadership journeys, practical insights, and diverse career paths within commercial real estate — reinforcing WCBC’s role as both a learning hub and a storytelling platform.
Four Quarters. Four Values. One Unified Community.
WCBC hosted four national quarterly events in 2025, each anchored to a core CBC value:
- Win Together (Q1) focused on collaboration and generational leadership, addressing a critical industry reality: succession planning and workforce evolution.
- Do Right (Q2) emphasized integrity-driven business development and ethical leadership, paired with recognition of elite producers and CCIM designees.
- Ownership Mentality (Q3) challenged members to take control of their personal brand, confidence, and leadership presence.
- Big-Hearted (Q4) closed the year by celebrating service, mentorship, and long-term impact — reminding the network that success extends beyond transactions.
Across these events, 16 Value Champions were recognized — nominated by peers — reinforcing a culture where leadership behaviors are noticed, celebrated, and modeled.
Women in the News: Visibility That Matters
One of WCBC’s most powerful outcomes in 2025 was visibility. Throughout the year, women across the network were recognized for:
- National awards and industry honors
- Multi-million-dollar transactions across retail, land, multifamily, and industrial assets
- Elite performance milestones and CCIM designations
- National media coverage, including Good Morning America
These moments weren’t treated as one-off wins — they were shared, celebrated, and amplified across the network, reinforcing a culture where success is collective.
Recognizing the Superstars Who Make It Work
Community doesn’t sustain itself. WCBC closed the year by recognizing its Superstars — women who showed up consistently, supported others, nominated peers, and helped move the group forward throughout the year.
Their engagement is the connective tissue of WCBC — and a reminder that leadership isn’t just about titles, but participation.
Looking Ahead
As WCBC moves into 2026, the foundation is clear:
- A growing and engaged membership
- Measurable engagement through events and content
- A proven ability to elevate women and strengthen the broader network
WCBC isn’t just celebrating progress — it’s building momentum.
